LOCATION
The site is generally
situated due west of the I-75 / Tylersville Road
interchange and northwest of the newly constructed
I-75 / Union Center interchange in West Chester
Township, Ohio. More specifically, the Site is
located on the SW corner SR 747 (Princeton Glendale
Road) and Tylersville Road.
DESCRIPTION
West Chester Township,
ranked as one of the largest townships in Ohio, has
the highest growth rate of any Cincinnati suburb and
contains four of the five largest business parks in
the Greater Cincinnati region. Investment in West
Chester between 1997 and 2000 topped $800 million.
The Site is
strategically located between the 129 / 747
interchange to the north, and the recently expanded
121,000 square foot, Kroger anchored shopping center
known as Beckett Commons to the south. In addition to
being on the corner of a recently expanded roadway
(five lanes), the site is also very close to many
new residential units consisting of 520 apartments,
296 condominiums (under development), and thousands

signalized intersection, the Site is within a half
mile to several national retailers including Kroger,
Stein Mart, Donato's Pizza, Arby's, Taco Bell,
Subway, McDonald's, Wendy's, Penn Station, and
SkyLine Chili.
