The site is generally situated southeast of the I-75 / Tylersville Road interchange and northwest of the newly constructed I-75 / Union Center interchange in West Chester Township, Ohio. More specifically, the Site is located on SR 747 (Princeton Glendale Road) and Hutzelman Road just North of Smith Road and just south of Tylersville Road.

DESCRIPTION

West Chester Township, ranked as one of the largest townships in Ohio, has the highest growth rate of any Cincinnati suburb and contains four of the five largest business parks in the Greater Cincinnati region. Investment in West Chester between 1997 and 2000 topped $800 million.
